Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing  GECA™ Watch from Hydrostasis. We're committed to delivering your real-time hydration monitor safely and promptly.

Processing Time: 
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive payment confirmation email and tracking information once your  GECA™ Watch has shipped.

Shipping Carriers & Timeframe: We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Carrier selection is based off of your location and chosen shipping method to ensure optical delivery. Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days. Please confirm costs and timeframes at checkout. 

Geographic Coverage: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. States. Additional fees may apply.

Delivery Issues: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Hydrostasis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Packages:  If your GECA™ Watch arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and device
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@hydrostasis.com
  3. Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy & Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Hydrostasis is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@hydrostasis.com Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
